Bring warm, garden-inspired charm to your home with this decorative sunflower gourd. Four sunflowers and leaves, painted in acrylic, cover all sides against a natural-colored stained background, offering floral detail to enjoy from every angle.
Each flower center is built up with a texture medium for added dimension and painted in various shades of brown. Wine-colored ball-chain borders the centers, adding a subtle sparkle that complements the earthy background.
The opening has been carefully carved to follow the contours of the flower petals, creating a distinctive edge that becomes part of the floral design. Measuring approximately 3 inches across, the opening reveals a brown-painted interior.
At 6 inches tall and 6 inches wide, this gourd makes a lovely accent for a shelf, mantel, or tabletop. Display it where you can appreciate both the dimensional sunflower centers and the carefully shaped opening.
